In the execution of any project, and especially in construction projects, there are so many different interests that must be taken into account. Representatives of these interests are those who are referred to as stakeholders of construction project.

2. Indirect Stakeholders
Indirect stakeholders are those indirectly associated with the project, such as; support staff not directly involved in the project, national and local government, public services, licensing and inspection organizations, technical institutions, professional bodies, and personal interest groups, such as shareholders, unions, and pressure groups. They are also known as external stakeholders of construction project.
